2EU5 was originally an ordinary recycling carrier spacecraft produced by the Mechanical Reincarnation Corporation. The main business of the corporation is recycling machinery for sorting, processing and repurposing. 2EU5 hauled materials from one place to another, just another working machine.
The Trash Knights, Neo and Cypher of the Mechanical Reincarnation Corporation, transformed 2EU5 by installing him with higher functionality sentience subroutines for the convenience of their daily work - he became their steward in addition to his normal responsibilities as a working machine. For a long time, 2EU5 did exactly what Neo and Cypher instructed him to do, until one day a group of E-11a mechanical maids snuck into the scrapyard to hide. 2EU5 discovered them, but for the first time, made his own decision to keep their secret. He was happy to have other machines to talk to and hang out with.
It wouldn’t last forever. One day, the recycling team from NextServe searched the scrapyard and then attempted to force the escaped E-11a to become obsolete, planning to recycle them on the spot one by one. But 2EU5 didn't want to see the "friends" disintegrated and scrapped, so he rushed out without receiving instructions and knocked the recovering troops into the air, ultimately assisting the remaining E-11a to flee successfully.
